The meetings are friendly events and always include an after meeting activity – a free lesson or tips from a tutor, a slide show or talk by a guest speaker, or a night perusing the wares of some of Melbourne's best art shops.

Meetings of the Society are now held at the Centre for Theology & Ministry, next to Ormond College, University of Melbourne, 1 Morrison Close, Parkville on the third Monday of each month at 7.30pm - except in January when there is no meeting and December when the meeting is held on the second Monday.
Every effort will be made to have the boom gate manned from approx 7:00pm to 7:30pm each meeting night to faciliate easy parking within the grounds. Outside these times you will have to find local street parking. Be aware of local parking restrictions.
To enable country members to attend we usually hold at least one general meeting on a Saturday afternoon, and this is advertised on the web page and in the Postscript publication.
